Kaya Infotech started in 2017 in Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu. Over 9 years we've worked with hundreds of businesses — retailers, distributors, manufacturers, service shops — building the kind of software that gets used every day.

Two product lines today. LotusPulz is our WhatsApp Business platform. LotusAppz is our billing and storefront product. Both built on the same belief: business software should be honest about what it costs, easy to install, and supported by people who pick up the phone.

What we believe

• Software should price honestly. Not "credits", not opaque wallet schemes, not USD pegged to currency swings. Flat, honest monthly tiers in rupees.
• It should respect how real businesses actually work. Keyboard-driven where speed matters. Tally-friendly where books matter. WhatsApp-native where customers live. Tamil + English support where customers prefer it.
• It should be supported by real people. Phone calls, WhatsApp threads, and visits when needed. We're in Sivakasi; many of our customers can reach us in an hour by car.
• It should keep getting better. Our products ship updates every week. The business owner who started with us in 2018 has a different, sharper product today than the one she signed up for — at the same price.
